Automatic charge

I received an email stating that I would be charged a renewal fee of $25 on Sept 20th, and I wish to cancel this. When I go to my account to manage purchases it states that I have no site to manage and no purchases. Why would I be receiving such an email if I don’t have an active sit?

To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. Does the email mention the URL of the site or name of the upgrade you need to renew?
Once I know more I’ll be happy to look into this for you.
