automatic contract renewal

    Hello I just noticed that you have charged me ninety six euros for an automatic contract renewal that I didn’t ask for, so I want to cancel it. I want to cancel the website and get my money back.
    I don’t want to renew it.
    What can I do? Please help me.

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
