Even though you have not included a link to the site you need help with, It sounds to me like you are posting in the wrong forum. Self-hosted WordPress installs are supported at http://wordpress.org/support/

Self-hosted WordPress installs are supported at http://wordpress.org/support/
If you are not talking about a self-hosted WordPress install, then please give us a direct link to the WordPress.com site you need help with, starting with http:// to make it clickable.

What is the URL of your blog? http://hexcooper.wordpress.com/ is immune from such an attack.
-
we have remove this file
Also you don’t have access to the code at WordPress.COM to remove any php file or modify a php file – only on a WordPress.ORG install

I find hexcooper’s one post strangely appropriate to his description of what’s happening:
The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
-
Or the inconceivable.
You KNOW we are all, once we have the answer, going to just link back to https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/automatic-create-postphp-file?replies=14#post-1477695 and hexcooper’s still going to feel butthurt.
