Automatic Deletion of Old Posts
-
Hello. I’m having trouble finding an old post (over two years old, I think), one that I remember creating. It doesn’t seem to be anywhere in my posts.
Does WordPress software automatically delete old posts? If it does, I sure wish I had known this, because I would have copied the posts into my own computer memory. Now it appears that they’re lost to me.
Thank you for answering my question.

Howdy!
If you move a post to the Trash it stays there for 30 days before being permanently deleted. But if it’s published, scheduled, or saved as a draft, it will not be automatically deleted.
