automatic email update to follow a blog

  how does a person who is not a a word press blogger follow my blog so they get an email update each time I update my blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Take a look at this support article on following blogs:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  Specifically, look under the section titled “How to Follow Blogs” for more information where it says:

  “If you do not have a WordPress.com account, you can follow a blog with the button that appears in the lower right-hand corner of WordPress.com sites.”
