Automatic Emailing

  Hi there,

  I have been having issues with my automatic emails being sent out and my contact form. I contacted WooCommerce previously and they suggested the WP Mail SMTP plugin or mailgun. The WP Mail SMTP did not work at all. Mailgun has fixed the issues with my contact form. However, I am still having issues with automatic emails such as new user sign up, product orders etc. Neither the user or the admin gets sent emails.

  I contacted mailgun and they said that the issue either lies with WordPress or WooCommerce, so I am contacting both. Any help would be much appreciated!

  Hey there @myunihelp, you’ve posted in the forums for WordPress.com hosted sites, when I’m guessing you meant to post over at https://wordpress.org/support (for self-managed installations, rather than the ones we’re managing for you… differences outlined here.)

  I’d recommend checking in for recommendations there, but can you also check in with GoDaddy on this? They’ll likely be able to help you with your mail logs to see what’s wrong. Good luck!
