Are you in touch with this user? Could you please ask them to contact us about any issues they are having with leaving comments on blogs? We may have to troubleshoot and since we cannot discuss issues with anyone other than blog owners themselves we would quickly run in to roadblocks.

They are able to comment on other WordPress sites, it’s just mine that is the problem which is why I am asking if it is a problem with my site rather than with them. If they are not having problems elsewhere, asking them to sort it out themselves seems a little obtuse.

Hi there,
Sometimes, visitors to blogs with custom domains (like your domain rebeccabradleycrime.com) can have trouble commenting due to their individual browser settings. In particular, if someone disables third-party cookies in their browser they’ll likely have trouble staying logged in to leave comments. We have some more information about that issue here: Preview Problems and Third Party Cookies
If that user contacts us directly, we can troubleshoot the issue with them — that’ll be easier than you trying to pass our messages back and forth. (If everyone leaving comments on your site were having trouble, it would be different. However, it’s most likely a setting on this particular user’s computer, and we’ll be able to help them most efficiently if we can talk to them directly about it.)
