Automatic insert images

  Hi, i am tired of inserting images every time i have made a new post (i insert images that are clickable and rounded so people easy and quick can click and come to my posts) so i would ask about there is any method or plugin to make an image every time i make a post ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
