Automatic link generation in Libre 2

Does Libre 2 enable the generation of automatic links that appear attached to each post? Esquire had that and I found it convenient.

Could you please explain what you mean by “automatic links that appear attached to each post?” Where did the links appear in Esquire, and what did they link to?

In Esquire, each of my posts had a short hyperlink at the bottom, which I or readers could copy and paste into an email to send to other people. It was less cumbersome than copying the whole web address

A link to the post at the bottom of the post? I’m not familiar with that feature, and don’t know which themes might have it. I’ll tag the topic for staff attention.

With Libre 2 activated on a test site, I don’t find any options at Customize that would enable automatic generation of a link to the post within each post.

Hi august43,
Esquire did place the shortlink on the posts page, however it required the same right-click > copy link address process that can be used if you were to right-click on the post titles on your current theme.
However, you can still copy a shortlink regardless of theme if you use the action bar:
