I think the automatic email that my subscribers get whenever I post don’t work, it’s strange that I don’t get any likes on my last 4 posts, Usuallly when I post I always get likes from my followers, if not directly then mostly after a week most of them have read my post and gave it a like or comment. To my last 4 post nobody reacted, only 2 people but these were not my followers and came to my page only after I left a comment Under one of their posts. I don’t know where I can verify this that subscribers still get a email from WordPress with a notice that a new post is online.

The best way to verify if your followers are getting email notifications is to ask them. That’s the only way you’ll know for sure if they are receiving the email notifications or not.
Once readers have followed your blog, they can elect to receive an email each time you post, or to receive daily or weekly digests of all of your new posts. They can also elect to receive no emails, but to read your blog only in the WordPress.com Reader.

If your followers confirm they have elected to receive an email when you post new content but are not receiving those emails, you may want to ask them to check their junk/spam folder, and to check for these Gmail issues: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
