Automatic notification of registered users when a new post is published?

Not a problem but asking about a possible function, that is automatic notification (by email) of registered user of a blog when a new post is published.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Alan,
Unless I’m missing what you’re asking about, that feature is already in place! When visitors subscribe to your site they will get notifications of any new posts that they make. Now in order for them to get email updates, they do have to specify that in their settings:

But they can choose if they get notified immediately, once a day, or once a week of all of the happenings for each individual blog.
