Automatic pay I recently deleted all my accounts. I do not want to have any automatic pay subscription which is set to renew in December 2017. I repeat, I do not want to have automatic pay and I do not wish to continue my subscription to the premium service or any service whatsoever. I tried to delete my account, however this seems to be an impossible task for me to accomplish. I also tried to speak with a customer service representative directly, however it is impossible to find any phone number on any of your companies webpages. I repeat I do not want any further subscription or Site postings.

As your question regards to billing and subscription, I will tag this thread with “modlook” so that staff are notified and are able to assist you further.
Also, WordPressdotcom accounts cannot be deleted.
Although, you can remove all personal information from your site and change your account settings rendering it inactive.
Just be aware that these actions are permanent and cannot be reversed.

There are no upgrades owned by the cornmelia account you are currently logged in to. Can you confirm which site you do not want to renew?
