    I just received notification that you have assumed I want to activate our subscription to WordPress. We only entered credit card details because your trial process required it.

    We are not ready to make a commitment to use WordPress and never gave permission for the debit to go through.

    Reverse this charge and cancel our subscription immediately.

    Hi Steve,

    Please note that there’s an automatic renewal unless you opt out: 1) in section 3 of our Terms of Service, and 2) the Store checkout screen (before you click Purchase).

    However, I have removed the upgrade and provided you a full refund. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
