Automatic post to social media doesn’t work

Hi! As per the title, I’m having problems with automatic sharing of posts on social media. I checked and the two accounts I’m interested in (Facebook page and Instagram Business) are connected. Yet automatic sharing doesn’t happen. How can I solve it? Thanks in advance.
