automatic redirect

  Hello all.

  I have two blogs created for the same subject, one of which I actually use. However, the older one (aksimons.wordpress.com) shows up when searched in google, and the new one (andrewkelleysimons.com) does not yet. I would love to automatically redirect users that from the old site to the new one, just in case they came across the old on in search.

  Any way to do so?

  Not as far as I know. What you can do is make most or all of the posts on that blog Private and put a static landing page with the link to your new blog. Don’t worry; in time your new one will outrank the old on searches.

  I figured. Thanks anyway though! I may try to put up a static page with a link or something.
