Automatic renewal
-
I don’t want to be automatically renewed. I’d like to be reminded, but not have it happen should I ignore the reminder. I don’t see a place in Manage Purchases that will let me stop being automatically charged.

Yes, I did. When I read that, and was presented with the ‘Cancel’ option, it looked as though I was canceling the renewal I had just made. I’m not sure it won’t.
-
In addition, the options I’m presented don’t say ‘cancel upgrade.’ They say ‘Cancel Private Registration’ or ‘Cancel and Refund.’ The language used in this process is troubling for someone who’s worked in the legal profession. I don’t want to ‘upgrade.’ I want to continue as is. And, again, there is no ‘Cancel upgrade’ option offered, if that’s the way to disable automatic renewal.
So, how do I disable automatic renewal? Exactly where and which option is supposed to do this?

Hi @catjenkins11, thanks for the feedback. I’ve shared it with our developers, and I’ve also disabled Auto Renew for you. Cheers!

Thank you! I didn’t know you had to ask someone to do it for you, but the way things are worded, I still have no idea how to be self-sufficient. Thanks again…

Right now “cancel” just disables renewal unless you check in with staff. But I understand how that can be confusing. I’ve passed along your comments.
