Automatic Renewal

  I did not wish to get the domain automatically renewed, as I was not at all using it. I was not aware that my credit card details are saved and it is recurring. How can I get the money refunded

  Hi there,

  I see you already cancelled the domain. As it was within 48 hours of the renewal we can still refund you, so I’ve processed that now.

  You should receive your refund in 5 to 10 business days.
