automatic renewal

It’s been two years since I’ve signed in to my WP account. I would like to stop all automatic renewals so I don’t get charged. I cannot seem to find where that is done. Do Not Auto Renew. Please help. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of our refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.

    You can go to
“Me” –> Manage Purchases by going to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Do read this carefully: https://en.support.wordpress.com/faq-renewing-and-canceling/#canceling-your-plans-and-domains

    Hi myviewmusedandskewed,

I would like to stop all automatic renewals so I don’t get charged.

All upgrades on your account have been cancelled. I can see you recently disputed the auto renewal payment to WordPress.com and PayPal issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention and are not intended as a means of obtaining a refund or cancelling an upgrade:

    Chargebacks and Disputes

We are happy to issue refunds but cannot do so while the dispute is active — this locks the payment from our side.

If you did this in error, please try to cancel the dispute with PayPal. Once we have been notified that the chargeback has been cancelled, we can look at a refund.
