  I’m trying to follow the steps online but I can’t cancel the automatic renewal myself. Please disable the automatic renewal for me.

  The upgrades for jandrphotobooth.com are owned by another user of the site. We’ll be happy to help disable auto renew but we need the request to come from that account first.

  Can you ask them to login and reply here to confirm they would like it disabled?

  It was a site developer that helped us with the website but we don’t have contact with them anymore. Is there anyway you can disable it on your end?

  @rupertmaningas if you paid for the upgrades, you can prove that with a transaction ID:
