  Hello,

  I received an email telling that my domain will expire in 30 days which was not a problem as i wanted to close my website.

  Unfortunelaty a also had a direct debit today because of the automatic renewal.

  How can I delete the site and receive the refund of this amount ?

  What is the domain name you’re referring to?
