Automatic renewal

    I received an email that my site is set to auto renew on 7/16 and that I don’t have to do anything, but when I go in to confirm the payment method, it says there is not one on file. Not sure how that’s possible.

    Hi there,

    The upgrade on your site doesn’t belong to the jenkelley253 account you’re using to post here, but to the other admin, mwmcallister. If you log in as that account instead, you’ll be able to make changes to your billing details.
