Automatic Renewal cancel button

  I would like to cancel “automatic Renewal” of my subscription and close my WordPress account, but although a cancel button is mentioned. I can’t find it, any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

  Hi,

  Sorry to see you go! Your domain is set to not automatically renew. I can cancel the domain for you, though please confirm that you wish to do so. Once cancelled, it can take several weeks before the domain is returned to the marketplace and could be purchased by someone else in the meantime.

  If you wish to use the same domain elsewhere, we can do that through either transferring your domain to a different registrar or changing the nameservers to point to a different service.

  If you do wish to cancel the domain and not intend to use it in the future, please let me know and I’ll take care of it.
