Automatic Renewal Charge
-
$99 for an auto-renewal, was suddenly withdrawn from my bank account, causing my account to be overdrawn and leaving me with NO money to my name. Not only do I not recall enabling auto renewal but more importantly why is my account being charged now when it says the annual renewal date is next month in July and it is June. I am requesting a refund ASAP (as again, I do not have any money) and I would like to stop/cancel the auto renewal of this account effective immediately. My attempts to reach a live body failed unfortunately, as I could not find a phone number anywhere, but I need a call back at (redacted) as soon as possible please. Thank you.

Hi there,
We attempt an automatic renewal 30 days in advance for upgrades that have auto renew enabled to ensure we have enough time to help you out with any issues that may come up during the renewal process.
If you’re interested, you can learn more about Auto Renew here:

I went ahead and voided your automatic renewal. The funds should not be taken from your account. Auto renew has been disabled meaning you will not be automatically charged in the future. You will need to manually renew your upgrades here:

Great. Thank you. In addition, is there a way to delete this forum post. Its public and I included my phone number unaware that I was contacting a help forum instead of customer service. Please advise. Thanks
