Automatic renewal didn’t work

    Hello, I got a notification to update my credit card so that my domain can be renewed automatically. I did, but today I got an email that my domain expired. I’m not sure how to fix this? Thank you.

    Hi dkourri,

    No upgrades have been purchased through the account you are contacting us from, which suggests you have another. Which domain do you need to renew? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details, a domain is the only information I need for now.

    Could you also try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to? If you reply here afterwards, I should be able to see the domain on that account.

    Let’s go from there…

    Yup, that worked. Thank you! Didn’t realize I had 2 logins to wordpress…one from 100 years ago.
