Automatic renewal failure for upgrade on your blog

The person who used to administer our site was terminated and their wordpress account was deleted. We just got an email today stating ‘If this upgrade expires, any customizations you made to your theme’s CSS, Custom Colors, and Custom Fonts will no longer be active on your site. Your site will revert to its appearance before you started using Custom Design’. We can’t find a way to renew this as I believe it is associated with the account that is no longer there. I need to get this resolved immediately as this blog is my corporate website home page.

You need to act immediately to resolve this. You have to contact the site’s actual owner and have them transfer the blog to your username account and transfer the upgrades.
Businesses, organizations and groups of any kind do not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
Only one Admin per blog is recommended.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade to access the blog’s dashboard and renew the upgrade(s) and to update credit card details https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/.
And, as you are not the site’s owner, you have to contact them so they can transfer the blog and upgrades to another username account.

BTW this site https://brewpiblog.wordpress.com/ is an empty wordpress.COM blog.
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
And, exactly which username account registered that site and purchased upgrades for it?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.
