Automatic renewal for domain name – failure despite accurate credit card info

  I desperately need to renew my domain name, scriptorium pens.com before it expires. I have updated the credit card info several times, yet it tells me the renewal didn’t go through. What do I need to do to get this paid for and renewed asap? Thanks!!!! Renee

  Talked with support via chat, and somehow my domain got disconnected from my premium blog. He reconnected it for me, and now all is good. :)
