automatic renewal not disbaled

I chose to disable automatic renewal, but you have renewed my site and charged me. i would like a refund and my site closed down. Can you help?

You should be able to cancel your most recent renewal on this page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and if that renewal was no older than 30 days, you will be eligible for a refund. You can read the refund terms here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

The bradymarx account you are currently logged in to doesn’t own any upgrades. Can you confirm which site was renewed?
Please don’t share any personal information like card details or a transaction IDs here, your site URL is all I need.

notdrowningbutwaving.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by iPage, rather than WordPress.com. WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two separate entities and the differences are covered in more detail here:
