automatic renewal not wanted

    Hello, I’ve seen that there is an automatic renewal of an upgrade I have never required. I had not realized I paid for it last year, too. I made a claim on my paypal account today as I do not want to pay for something I didn’t purchase. Could you please tell me how to cancel this renewal and how to be refunded for that ? Thank you.
