Automatic renewal of account I am locked out of

  I asked a while ago how to get the log in details of my premium account, but had no reply now I have an auto renewal of an account I can’t get into. Is there an actual person I can speak to rather than a forum?

  That’s the account I am locked out of, I think it was connected to an old email address which I no longer have.

  when I do eventually log in It tells me I have no site attached. Yet £79 left my account today as an automatic renewal.
