Automatic renewal of Premium status

I received an email that automatic renewal of my Premium status did not go through and I can’t figure out where/how to do this online. Please help me get this matter settled.

Hi Hallie,
The WordPress.com Premium plan on the site at ayankeewarbrideinthemidwest.com is owned by a different user on the site. That user will need to log in and go to their My Upgrades page to renew that plan.
If you’re not sure which user that is, you can check the list of users on the site under Users > All Users in the site’s WP Admin dashboard.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I’m having the same problem as Hallie – I received a message that my automatic renewal of workandclimatechangereport.org wasn’t completed, yet I can’t seem to find how to renew online. I am listed as one of two users, an administrator, and have renewed in the past, but I keep looping around the site. Please let me renew – I can’t lose this website!

The other administrator on the site owns the upgrade, so that person will need to log in to renew it from their My Upgrades page. If you have any other questions or concerns about that, please start a new forum thread so we can help you separately (so we don’t mix up your questions with Hallie’s in this forum thread). Thanks!
