automatic renewal of subscription

    I just got an email saying that my subscription will be automatically renewed in 60 days and if I don’t want to renew it I have to change my settings under “My upgrades”. I looked under “My upgrades” but there is no subsciption to cancel there…so why did I get that email saying they will charge me $26?

    You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the upgrade – do you have a second account that you might have used to purchase the upgrade?
