Automatic sharing of new posts

  Is there anyway to add text to the start and/or end of the messages that get automatically sent to Twitter & Facebook once you have that enabled in Settings -> Sharing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. I suggested this method to another user for Twitter:

  I don’t know of a method for Facebook though.
