automatic sharing option to social media disappeared

    Hello all,

    Since I upgraded my domain the option of sharing blog posts automatically, disappeared. At some social media my blog posts do appear automatically, but currently they don’t appear on the FB page of my blog. Normally I had to restore the connection through settings/share, but that option disappeared. How can I solve this problem?

    My domain is dutchbaseballhangout.blog (a WordPress.com domain).

    Hi there,

    I can see the Publicize options in your current draft post, as shown at https://d.pr/i/qPzLKL, and I can also see all the settings for your site at https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/dutchbaseballhangout.blog

    I can confirm the last post you published didn’t post to Facebook or Tumblr though, but it looks like it did go through to Twitter and LinkedIn.

    First, if those connection settings aren’t loading for you, please clear your browser cache and cookies, and disable any browser add-ons you have installed. If they still don’t appear, check if you’re able to access those settings if you use a different browser.

    Next, disconnect and reconnect Facebook and Tumblr. Make sure to also remove the connection to WordPress.com in the Settings pages for those two services, so the connection is completely disabled. Then reconnect.

    Let us know if you run into trouble with any of these steps.
