Automatic Update Failed, now WordPress UI is Gone!

    Hey everyone, thanks for reading my issue.
    Recently, our website that utilizes WordPress encountered some type of issue, and now after 5 days of our tech team attempting to resolve it, it still is not fixed.
    I am no techie, but I have a feeling its just something basic that we are overlooking.
    Here is a screenshot of the issue:

    Essentially, the wordpress formatting and all those settings are just gone, including word counter and the lot. This makes is essentially impossible to use the functionality, and is really hindering our primarily news driven site!

    Any help is extremely appreciated, and I am happy to reply with answers, if there are questions that need to be asked before it can be addressed.

    This is the WordPress.COM support forum where all software updates are done by Staff, not by us bloggers. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
