Automatic upgrade

  I was automatically upgraded to premium, I did not know about, thought it was a scam so I blocked the payment from PayPal, now WP is asking me to pay $20 to access my account and remove the upgrade. Any one knows how to fix this problem without paying them? Thanks for any ideas

  Your account shows you disputed the payment to WordPress.com and PayPal issued a chargeback against us:

  Chargebacks and Disputes

  When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you either pay chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback.

  If the dispute was made in error please try to cancel it with PayPal. Until then we cannot issued a refund from our side as the payment is locked.

  I tried to call WP, too bad I have to discuss this in a public forum. I did not request the upgrade to begin with, I called PayPal and they indicated that you have the payment, and I should request a refund from you. If you have the payment why should o pay a fine? This feels like a scam and you are holding my website hostage! Also the name of my website is wrong

  It looks like you’ve got this sorted now as amparocostumes.com is mapped to your site.

  I understand I paid until September 2017

  Originally you had, but the payment was then cancelled and refunded.
