Automatic WP version and plugin updates?

    Hello, I’m relatively new to WordPress.com. I’ve self-hosted sites using WordPress.org for years though.

    Here’s my question. We’re a SMALLLLLLL marketing firm that doesn’t have the staff to offer website development because of the maintenance involved.

    Are all sites hosted with WordPress.com’s Premium plan automatically updated with the newest versions and plugins? If so, we could potentially offer an initial set up to clients this way but not have to worry about the maintenance nor will they have that concern either.
