Automatically adding every new blog post to a certain menu

  So I’m struggling with a certain feature that I’m unable to find or that for some reason isn’t available.

  My goal is to have a menu that displays posts. All of them. While it is possible to manually add posts to a specified menu (via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus) by clicking each post on its own, I’d like to have a possibility to automate it.
  Basically every single post that I post should show up in this menu.
  I wouldn’t mind using categories if there was a possibility to use a category without it showing up anywhere. (e.g. Tagcloud, or in the Meta section of posts)
  Is anything like this possible? And am I just to stupid to find it?
