Automatically push tumblr posts into wordpress

    I am a professional photographer, and have a self hosted site and I want to embed my tumblr account into my wordpress. I have downloaded the ‘tumblr import’ plug in, but that will not upload tumblr post automatically, so when I am tumbling from my phone, it does me no good, because the posts will not import onto wordpress. Isn’t there a widget or plug in to automatically push my tumblr posts to wordpress? We need to make this happen ASAPP.
