Automatically send entire blog post, not just notification

Hi there!
Is there a way to create an automation to automatically send an entire blog post, with all its beautiful formatting, to an email list as it gets published?
I’m thinking basically of a way of replicating the functionality of Substack or for instance how I think Stratechery works.
You write out your blog post and when you’re done you press “Publish” and you don’t have to manually go to MailChimp or whatever to create a new campaign and email it out.
The backend just takes the post and creates the campaign for you and emails it out. Automatically.
Is there a way to do this on WordPress and if so is there a tried and tested way of doing so?

Hi there,
To automatically send out your posts as a Mailchimp newsletter when you publish them, you’d need to use a Mailchimp plugin on our Pro plan that creates a connection between your site and Mailchimp.
You might also be able to set something up where you somehow subscribe to your site using your Mailchimp account, which would enable them to then generate the newsletter automatically – services like Trello, IFTTT and Zapier are common examples of services that can be used to trigger an automated action once a post gets published on your site, though they’re not newsletter services. Best to contact Mailchimp support directly to find out if they support something like this – they might, but I don’t use them myself, so can’t tell you for sure.
The Mailchimp block available on the free plan is simply to get subscriptions to a mailing list, but doesn’t integrate Mailchimp directly with your site so it can email out new posts automatically.

Since you don’t use Mailchimp (and I already contacted them, and they are clueless about how to solve this problem), let’s ignore Mailchimp and rephrase the question:
Is there a way to replicate the functionality of Substack (or how I assume Substack works):
1) I create a blog post in WordPress
2) The post gets automatically emailed out, nicely formatted, to my email list, without having to “create a campaign” inside the separate email application?
What tools do you recommend to accomplish this?
