Automattic Billing Wrong Card For WOOCommerce Shipping

We had to change the card used to pay for WOOCommerce Shipping. We added the new card and removed the old card from the account. However, Automattic is still billing the old card. How can this be resolved?
When I am in my account > Purchases > Payment Methods I only see the new card. I did notice the checkbox ‘Use as backup’ was checked which I have now unchecked. Was that my issue? Seems strange that a card that is not even on file can be charged.
