Automattic Inc. domain transfer to bluehost (wordpress.com to org)

    Hi,
    I’m currently transferring my site from wordpress.com to org.
    I’m trying to transfer my domain but it seems like my former domain registrar is not sending code to the right email address.
    The message as below:

    An email has been sent to the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is listed as the Admin Contact for the domain lifeinpugliatravel.com. This email will contain a Verification Code that will help ensure that you are the owner of the domain name. The transfer cannot proceed without this code (this is a formal requirement from ICANN). This is separate from the EPP Authorization code. Once you have obtained the code, please type it in the field above, and click “Continue”.

    If you cannot find the email, you will need to work with the losing registrar (Automattic Inc.) to setup your Admin Contact Email address correctly.

    (email visible only to moderators and staff) isn’t my email address when I register my domain. How can I fix this?
