I signed up and registered Jet Pack and Automattic’s woocommerce services plugin. I want to make sure my customer gets all aspects of your offer but I do not see or find a 1,2,3,4, step-by-step task list so unsure if the customer is receiving all shipping options, and to learn how to print shipping labels and to figure out how you are calculating tax for each purchase?
Please send the step-by-step instructions to make sure I have connected everything.
ALSO: The page load is running extremely slow since installing Jet Pack. Can you explain this slow page load? The slideshow on the home page was lightening fast until installing Jet Pack now up to 8 second delay before the home page slideshow loads first slide. YIKES!!!

If users are having trouble with specific plugins it’s best to send them to the support for those plugins, or at least just to the specific subforum for that plugin on WordPress.org rather than the general forums.
