Autopost Content ? Blog on the fly

  I am new to blogging and i am just about to launch my blog / site which focuses on a design genre, I follow and RSS a lot of sites to keep me up to date with whats out there and find some content to share in my blog. Is there an easy way / automate way of getting this content and posting it to my own ?
