I got a Paypal notice of a charge for the marketonchapelhill.com I closed it out a couple of years ago

I re-registered today because it has been so long ago that I didn’t remember the login credentials. I thought I might be able to delete or cancel that way.

That domain has never been registered with us, nor has it ever been attached to any account here.
Perhaps you meant to contact your previous domain registrar or hosting provider?
