  I was charged for an account i deactivated long ago and under an autorenewal that i never activated. how to request a refund and cancel?

  Charges from WordPress.com will have “WordPress” or “WPCHRG.com” listed on your billing statement. If you are unsure what this charge was for, you can search for more information and/or contact Billing Support below.

  Hi there,

  We can only provide a refund if requested by the account that owns the upgrade, and the account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades.

  Can you please log in as the account that owns the upgrades and comment here to confirm? If you can’t remember which account, do you still know the address of the site that was charged?
