Autorenewal – need to update card details

  Hello
  Our account manager is away and his card may not auto renew. Can I update the payment method. Unfortunately, I do not have the log in details for the account.

  Correct account: No

  To restore access to the account owning that site, you must use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
