Autosave and manually saving failed, lost hours of work

Hi all,
A few days ago I finished one of my blogposts on lifeexpired.com, which I manually saved before previewing. The preview would not load. When I refreshed the page, all my work was lost. When I look at my page through the admin web address, the most recent revision was from April 22, 2020.
If there any way I can recover my day’s worth of content? Or did WordPress’s error just cost me 5+ hours of writing that can’t be recovered?
