Autosave happens too Often

    When writing new posts in my blog(s), the autosave, which is supposed to be every two minutes, is firing off in what seems to be every 5 seconds. This is frustrating, because it refreshes the writing area and I have to scroll down to find where I was. This is REALLY frustrating when I am in HTML mode versus Visual mode. Support area says this cannot be turned off, but it is not working the way it should. Any ideas? Thanks.

    I tested on your blog but could not see autosave happening every 5 seconds.
    Could you provide your OS/browser information? (e.g. Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7)

    Also, it may help to clear your browser cache & cookies.
