Autoupdate Feature on WordPress.com

  I am not able to autoupdate plugins using the wordpress.com site.
  I have read the relevant support article, and I can say these things:
  1) my site is not under version control
  2) my plugins can be updated without a username and password authentication
  3) I haven’t manually set DISALLOW_FILE_MODS nor AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED flags, and I’m not sure how to check what they’re set to.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
