Auttomatic refuse to delete abusive copied content text on blog wordpress

  Hi have couple of blog online and i come across to one spammy and insultin wordpress blog use copy with out my authorization my content and post spammy insulting comment. The content is Italian and is possible to the DMCA office in Auttomatic the don’t know how to use google translator, so i sen 3 time the DMCA letter via DMCA service but they say the ownwr of the blog don’t want remove the abuse pages. I also write to the support follow the wordpress policy usage but they say to me the blog make criticisme. I not clear to me is i say wordpress is spam organization is a criticism?
